I have spent the past 8 years devoting my life to exploring this body-mind (& more personally our body-home) & it's inner-workings and having practiced on over 2000 unique humans, I have found simple, elegant, tried & true ways of releasing the accumulated tension, trauma & stagnant energy within our precious body-home.  The Transformational Bodywork I guide & facilitate is a holistic & trauma-informed process rooted in the simplicity of presence & deep listening.

I specialize also in lymphatic work including post-op care and enjoy educating & empowering people in the art of touch and the in understanding of energy fundamentals: remembering the power of the breath and the importance of the quality of one's attention & intention. I am also a musician, producer, DJ, & creator of Soul Jam and Cup of of Love Cafe. where I co-create wholesome, Earth-based & multi-dimensional experiences through delicious drinks/elixers/lattes and community events.
