September: Slowing Down and Listening to the Noise

Hello friends,
I am checking in, a few weeks gone by since the Soul Jam, on a new moon and a new rhythm.
For me, I have been feeling the call inside to slow down and yet when I do, some of the inner-noise gets louder! Isn't that something. My past has been waiting for resolve..
The Dilemma
So we have this outer world, with its own style of noise, maybe it's a noise we feel more familiar with? I know that somehow and for some reason I enjoy a little bit of busyness around me when I work: coffee shops and sometimes even full fledged bars that I often feel more comfortable in when I do particular types of work.
What happens though when we sit with the silence or still ourselves enough to notice the other noise, the inner-noise?
I have found this inner-noise to be a vast space with lots of stories happening everywhere and all at once. My crazy dreams are an example!
I have also been reading The Return of the Rebel Angels by Timothy Wyllie and dabbling in the stories of Enoch and the Watchers understanding that the challenges we face simply being human are vast and might be trickling down from higher dimensions of existence.
Whoa..
It's somehow comforting and very interesting to think about that.
What kind of noise arrives in you when you begin to slow down?
What stories, worries or existential questions are swirling around in the noise of your subconscious?
And does this subtle noise, contain existential worry? And does it contribute to a constant need to DO or distract in your day to day?
Try it. Still yourself and begin to tune into the stories emanating from your wise body. Some stories are ancient and some might not have an answer.
The new moon asks us to surrender control, to receive through stillness and to embrace what IS.
This new cycle for me is about listening, staying connected to my heart, watching myself (with love) and the ways I might choose to avoid the moment, and tending to myself so that the 'noise floor' that is, the constant-subtle-state-of-worry goes down. When I truly tend to it, I feel so much more present, accepting and available to the world. This is the key I feel to consistent and creative living.
Key take-aways to contemplate:
What wants or needs to be felt inside you in order to feel like everything is in its right place? Or that everything is going to be okay?
What does your heart need to know in order to feel safe to open and love?
When was the last time you told yourself that you are loved and lovable as you are?
Your existence is enough.
Then Gabriel, why is it so hard to simply BE sometimes?
The short answer is that I don't know, and that question may haunt me forever. But I can tell you that it is okay to feel what you feel and not know why. We as humans are living a grand and multi-dimensional story and we are receiving information that we are just beginning to understand how to decode.
We must learn how to be present with it if we wish to not be overwhelmed or taken by the storm.
This is a loving reminder that you have a friend in town that lives to find a peaceful place in this mystery, and I am here in service to It you and you and to help you move through anything that may be overwhelming you or weighing you down.
When is the last time you gave yourself an hour or 90 minutes to simply process the past?
My transformational bodywork works on many levels to help you release the unfelt stories (fear and worry) living in your nervous system, so that you can live the way you need and want to.
If you have gotten this far, I am offering $25 off your next session if you book before September 25th. I am offering this discount to get things flowing again at Desert Sol after a break from tending to the Soul Jam.
